2027 marks Höegh Evi’s 100-year history - a significant milestone for a company that has long been a pioneer in maritime energy infrastructure.
Our purpose is to accelerate countries to energy security and transition by providing innovative and flexible marine energy infrastructure.
Today, Höegh Evi deliver fast-track floating LNG terminals that strengthen national and regional energy security around the world.
We are a truly global company, present in Norway, Germany, Lithuania, United Kingdom, the USA, Singapore, Indonesia, Egypt, Colombia, Brazil, Jamaica and the Philippines.
Owned by Larus Holding Limited, a 50/50 joint venture between Leif Höegh & Co. Ltd. and Igneo Infrastructure Partners, we employ approximately 900 employees at sea and onshore.
We are proud to continue our long-standing involvement in this initiative - Höegh Evi has been part of the programme since 2005, welcoming 18 maritime trainees to date. Of these, 12 trainees are still a part of Höegh Evi today.
The Maritime Trainee Programme is designed to provide hands-on experience in maritime industry. Through the program you will attend 5 academical modules in Norway and abroad together with trainees from the participating companies. As a trainee in Hoegh Evi, you will gain broad technical and commercial exposure by rotating across different departments to build a holistic understanding of our business, spend time on board our vessels and visit international operations.
